On Friday, the 5th of November, the two Dutch volunteers organized their first Art Attack. For every person that attended the Art Attack, there was a canvas, a palette, and a painting apron. Furthermore, there were a variety of colors and brushes for the participants to use. The volunteers also collected some autumn leaves that could be used in the painting. After everybody had arrived and gotten a drink, the creative process of painting and relaxing started. The music that was played was chosen to improve the creative process and calm the nerves.

Some people started painting immediately, while others first let the music sink in and thought of something to paint. One person decided that painting was not the way to go, so the person made a drawing on the canvas. After almost two hours, most people were finished with their paintings and cleaned their brushes. It was possible to let the paintings dry in the SFERA office, but most people took the paintings home to let them dry there.
