Inovatyvi karta/Innovative Generation was established in 2015 and is an organization thatstrives to empower people. Our work is based on non-formal education, cognitivebehavioural coaching, arts, outdoor education, inclusion, equality and learning by experience.We aim to engage youth and adults while giving them the space to bloom.

FATE Summer Picnic at Vingis Park,
The FATE Summer Picnic brought young people together for a relaxed afternoon of outdooractivities, meaningful conversations, and new connections. The event created a welcomingand supportive space where participants could socialize, enjoy games, and spend timetogether in a friendly atmosphere.

FATE Dog Walking at Tautmilės Globa
Participants came together for a meaningful afternoon of volunteering and connection byspending time with shelter dogs. The activity encouraged teamwork, empathy, andcommunity engagement while creating joyful moments for both the young people and theanimals.

Trampoline Park Activity at SkyPark
The FATE Skypark activity encouraged young people to step out of their comfort zonesthrough movement, fun, and shared experiences in an energetic environment. Participants hadthe opportunity to build confidence, connect with others, and enjoy an uplifting day focusedon wellbeing, motivation, and community.

Ice-skating Activity in Vilnius
As part of the FATE project, young participants took part in a winter ice-skating activity thatcombined fun, teamwork, and personal growth. Through shared experiences and newchallenges, the event encouraged confidence, resilience, and social connection whilepromoting learning through adventure and active participation.
About Individual Coaching Sessions
The FATE project also provided individual coaching sessions to support young people in theirpersonal, educational, and professional development. Alongside group adventure activities,participants had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with youth workers to explore careeropportunities, identify their strengths, prepare CVs, practice job interviews, and receiveguidance tailored to their individual needs.

Peer-to-Peer Meetings (Online)
The FATE project included peer-to-peer online sessions designed to strengthen youngpeople’s communication, social, civic engagement, and language skills through internationalexchange and collaboration. These meetings covered various topics proposed by theparticipants — from holiday-themed conversations to discussions about the future — creatingadditional opportunities for young people to connect, share experiences, and learn from oneanother beyond the planned youth activities.

The FATE International Adventure Activities in Perloja, Lithuania, brought together youngpeople and youth workers from different countries for a week of outdoor challenges,teamwork, and intercultural exchange. Through adventure-based learning and meaningfulshared experiences, participants strengthened their confidence, built new friendships, andexplored personal growth, wellbeing, and future opportunities in education and employment.

TSM in Lithuania
The second transnational meeting of the FATE project brought project partners together inVilnius to strengthen collaboration and further develop key project activities and tools. Overseveral days of discussions, planning, and creative exchange, the partners worked onimproving educational resources, reviewing project progress, and shaping the next steps ofthe initiative.
Mind Trails is a reflection and coaching tool developed within the FATE project to supportmeaningful conversations, self-exploration, and personal growth. Through guided questionsand structured reflection activities, the tool helps young people identify goals, explorechallenges, build confidence, and plan practical next steps in a supportive and engaging way.
