Yesterday afternoon, SFERA had the pleasure of hosting another great edition of their well known Intercultural night. Turkey, Romania and Macedonia presented their countries with interesting facts and delicious food and drink samplings, through their representatives, for curious people that wanted to find out more about these countries. The event was hosted at Radost Kafic, from 7pm to 9pm, and everyone had lots of fun. The intercultural night started with the presentations of the countries, from our EVS volunteers from Romania and Turkey on one hand, and SFERA representatives for Macedonia, on the other, followed by the food and drink presentations where one could find a wide variety of samplings, such as polenta, bulgur, sarma, baked cheese, Romanian wine or rachija.
Bottom line is it was a successful evening of cultural, information and culinary exchange and everyone is looking forward to the next edition.
Thank you for coming and see you next time!
