Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean eating only healthy food and hours of training at the gym. It’s more than that. Making lifestyle healthier is to make small healthy changes in our lives. It’s all about making small simple choices every day. That could be using the stairs instead of the lift, or park your car little bit further from the building where you work, drinking one extra glass of water, walking every day half hour. And it’s not all about to doing physical activities, very important thing is taking care of metal health. Instead of watching the movie before sleeping take a book and read, learning new stuff, be creative as much you can. Don’t forget on personal hygiene, washing teeth at least two times a day, because it protects our hart.
