From 9th to 18th of March 2020 in Bocheniec, Poland we took part of the training course “reConnectin“. Funded by the Erasmus plus program, alongside with 26 participants from Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Latvia, Macedonia and Cyprus.

reConnectin was an 8-day training course which aimed to introduce and explore principles of “Mindfulness” and experiment with practical and fun tools and techniques that can be readily used in daily life, creative work and in the other situations and places too. Training own awareness, acceptance and sense of presence that can improve the quality of our days and the things we do. We will learn how to be present and to tune and respond properly to the needs of the diverse people and situations that we are working with.

Inspirational, stimulating, rewarding! This training made me more aware of what makes my soul smile, and motivated me to include those things in my everyday life. Thanks to the amazing facilitators and participants, I learned that one’s connecting with others is more genuine and wholehearted when one reconnects with the essence of their inner self first!  – Aneta Dimeska

For me, this project was an amazing experience. I learned a lot, especially in the field of mindfulness. How to get in touch with yourself and your body, to connect with your intuition and to stay more aware and present in the moment. Also learned a lot about communication with people and how important the connections really are. I will take a lot of these exeriences in my everyday day life. – Marija Gjeorgieva
