On 26th of March took part an Environmental Workshop, organized by Pedro, Portuguese volunteer of SFERA Macedonia.
The Workshop was mainly about the influence of plastic in our daily routines and how it can affect the ecosystems firstly, and then the human beings, because of the food chain. The participants were invited to tell their own opinions about environmental issues. The presentation continued with some facts about recycling, sharing ideas of how it works in Macedonia, Spain and Portugal.
The participants filled a questionnaire about their own Ecological Footprint, to know how they can improve their environmental conscience and how they can contribute to change the world.
The workshop finished with a shocking video about the quantity of plastic that seabirds eat during their lifetimes. Think globally, act locally!
